We received a request to rebuild a mobile warehouse that had deteriorated over time.
The existing structure was a steel-framed mobile warehouse, which was heavy and time- consuming to move. The customer requested improvements with a focus on ease of operation.
In the previous system, the warehouse had to be moved to load and unload goods, and then moved back into place after the operation.
Since the heavy steel-framed structure took considerable time to relocate, the customer requested it be replaced with a lighter tent-style warehouse.
However, simply switching to a lighter structure would not fully resolve the operational challenges. Therefore, we conducted a detailed analysis of the work processes and proposed a solution that allows the warehouse itself to expand and contract, eliminating the need for frequent relocation during loading and unloading.
In addition, we carefully reviewed the flow of operations, the clearance with existing buildings, and the available space for positioning, ensuring the new design would optimize work efficiency.
We installed a two-unit mobile retractable tent system.
As shown in the photos, each unit can move independently, allowing flexible operation according to the situation.
The loading and unloading area has expanded significantly compared to before, and the customer has expressed great satisfaction with the result.
